To you I've promised my heart and soul,
As well as my body and mind.
And now I'm going to tell you,
How our love is one of a kind.

I tell you all of my secrets,
Some funny, some good, and some bad.
In return you do the same for me
And for this, I'm eternally glad.

You listen to all of my problems,
And you tell me you are always there.
If only you knew how much that helped me,
And Know that I'm no longer scared.

I know that I'm not perfect,
Though you told me you think I'm wrong.
But, I'll be as perfect as I know how,
And knowing you believe in me, has made me so strong.

Love like this happens once in a lifetime,
And is usually so hard to find.
